Need some printable first grade sight word handwriting practice?  You’ve come to the right place!

My daughter loves doing handwriting. She has finished 2 first grade handwriting books this school year already. She is always asking me for more things to write. This really makes me laugh since my son is the complete opposite. He is in third grade and BEGS to not have to write anything. It’s amazing how different each child is.

Rather than buy my daughter yet another handwriting book, I decided to create a handwriting resource for her.

I made a set of printable sight word handwriting pages for her. She was thrilled with it!   I have these worksheets available for you to purchase as well.

I have since created several different levels of these popular handwriting pages.  See the links below!

These handwriting pages include the words from the Dolch Sight word first grade list.  For each word, I have created a handwriting page with the word to trace and copy, as well as a sentence to trace and copy.

At the end of the packet there are a few pages with blank lines for extra writing practice. There are 44 total pages of writing practice in this printable packet.

These are awesome for helping your kids practice reading, writing and spelling skills.  First graders can always use a little extra practice with all of these skills!

If you are teaching a first grader, or any early reader, you will definitely want to give these a try!

Here’s a sample page for you to check out.

    1. Thanks for signing up! The emails are set to go out every three days so people aren’t bombarded with too many. I am pretty sure it doesn’t send any kind of confirmation e-mail. I can check my list and see that you are signed up, though if you would like?
