Edible Bubble Gum Slime is seriously fun and delicious stuff. It is fully edible and you can still even blow bubbles with it! Â Want to learn How to Make Bubble Gum Slime? Â You will need just 2 ingredients to make it!! Â (See ALL of my Edible Slime Recipes.)
Ingredients for Edible Bubble Gum Slime
Bubble Gum (4 packs of 10 pieces)
Coconut Oil– or other vegetable oil
That’s it! Â You can handle that.
How to Make Bubble Gum Slime
Unwrap all of the pieces of gum. It’s ok if a few get eaten along the way. It’s hard to resist. I bought an extra pack just in case, because, kids.
Once you have them all opened and in a microwave safe bowl, it is time to cook the slime.
Microwave it for 30 seconds. Stir, then microwave for another 30 seconds. Are you still with me? 😉
Stir it again. It is likely melted enough now, but depending on your microwave you may want another 30 seconds
When it is melted and stir-able, add in 1-2 Tablespoons of coconut oil. It will melt right in the gum. If you don’t have coconut oil, use another vegetable oil, no problem! This just smooths it out making it much more stretchy.
Watch it in action!
Now it is play time! Â This is super stretchy and fun to play with! Â It stays soft for about 30 minutes to an hour then if you want to save it, put it in a bag and it can be warmed back up again. Or my kids ended up eating it all…
