Books. You guys know I love them, if you have spent ANY time at all on my site. Luckily my kids feel the same way about them! I mean, how could anyone not feel that way?! 😉  We got the chance this month to review Disney Story Central.  Disney Story Central will really get your kids excited about reading this Summer!
What is Disney Story Central?
Disney Story Central is a website and also a free app that has the largest collection of Disney digital stories. They have books from many different well-loved Disney characters for you kids to read. You set up an account and then can have different bookshelves for each of your kids. As your kids read, they earn trophies and tokens and rewards to encourage them to continue reading. They have books on all different topics and levels, including the leveled reading books for your early readers. There will be something for everyone!
You can browse book by character, which is my kids’ favorite way. Â They include books from Frozen, Cars, Cinderella, Planes, Brave, Doc McStuffins, Tinkerbell, Big Hero 6, Mickey Mouse, Toy Story, Sophia the First, and more!
My kids were so excited to pick out the books and download them to their app. They have read and re-read many of them. They loved having stories about their favorite movie or TV characters. Disney Story Central is a great app to have for those times you are out & about & need something to keep kids busy. They can read the books anywhere and at anytime.
What is the Cost?
To get the books you need to have tokens. They give you some free ones when you sign up that way you can try it out first.  After that you need to purchase tokens. There are several different options for buying them. You can buy a monthly subscription for $7.99. This gives unlimited access to all of the books that they have. Or, you can buy individual tokens and let the kids pick out the books they want to read.
I was selected for this opportunity as a member of Clever Girls and the content and opinions expressed here are all my own.
