Preschool Letter G Snack: Gummy Gems

Make some healthy gummies for your special preschool letter G snack. We made ours with a gem mold to add another G element to the mix!

To make these fresh fruit gummies:

4 Cups of diced watermelon (or other juicy fruit)
2 Tbsp honey
5 packets of unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. lemon juice

Blend the watermelon in a blender and strain it through a fine sieve to remove the thick pulp. Take all but one cup of the juice and heat to almost boiling. Pour the gelatin into the other 1 cup of juice and mix well. Add in the remaining ingredients and combine the two bowls. Pour into molds and chill.

We used small shaped silicone ice cube molds for ours. I have a gem shaped one and a star one we used this time.

More foods that start with the letter G: granola grape juice, gum balls, and goldfish crackers.
