With the Winter Olympics just around the corner happening in South Korea, I figured it was time for another Read Around the World post!  My kids and I love reading about different countries and cultures.  This is a perfect opportunity to get kids excited about another place around the world! So, today I bring you the South Korea unit.

Read Around the World: South Korea Unit

My Read Around the World units include a recipe, craft/or activity (this time it is a game), cultural information, a map and flag of the country and a worksheet to fill in about what they learned about the country. The book list is also listed in the file.

Let’s start with the book lists. We love reading books, and here are some awesome ones about Korea!  These will definitely be great for your own South Korea Unit.
