Real Rhyme or Silly Rhyme

tI got this idea from a friend of mine and I really liked it. You make a chart with a line down the middle. One side of the chart says Real Rhyme, the other says Silly Rhyme. You can use any word families, or try out these paint chip word families. Have the kids tell you if the word is a real rhyme, or a silly rhyme. Then they can write it on either side of the chart.
For example: The word you start with is sat- cat (real rhyme), dat (silly rhyme)
I made a simple one for you to download if you would like. Click on the image below. Enjoy!
Cute idea, my DS has really been into rhyming lately, I’ll have to give this a try. From TTBH!
