Why Gratitude Games Matter
It’s easy for Thanksgiving to become a blur of food and to-dos. Activities like this help kids (and adults!) pause and notice the good.
Gratitude strengthens empathy, improves happiness, and builds emotional resilience. When kids learn to express thankfulness in small, tangible ways, it becomes a habit that shapes how they see the world.
You’ll often hear the sweetest responses:
“I’m thankful for my teacher because she listens to me.”
“I’m thankful for the rain because it makes everything grow.”
“I’m thankful for family game nights.”
Those little moments remind us why these traditions matter.
