Do you want to know how to draw back to school pictures? Well, then it’s time for some fun back to school drawing tutorials! I have a set of draw and write back to school pictures for you today.
How to Draw Back to School Pictures
My kids love learning how to draw all kinds of pictures and images. I thought learning to draw back to school pictures would be a fun activity for us this week. As we get ready to start our new year of school, I like to ease back in a little with simpler more engaging activities. (One of the great benefits of homeschooling!)
These directed drawing worksheets are perfect for easing in and also for building skills in various areas. Along with teaching how to draw, they include a handwriting or spelling portion. They combines both art and the language arts skills into one activity. This could easily be used as a handwriting lesson for kids!
They are perfect for young beginners because they has the word underneath the picture to trace. They don’t have to know how to spell it, however they will learn!
There are 11 Pictures Included in this Back to School Draw & Write Worksheet Pack:
- apple
- backpack
- globe
- calculator
- laptop
- school bus
- school
- scissors
- lunch box
- book pencil
- pencil case
Each of these cute drawings has a little face on it. You don’t have to add them, but I like them and so do my kids!
My kids like to draw these first with a regular pencil, then color them in with markers or colored pencils. You could also outline the image with a sharpie or another black marker. So, get out your art supplies, but only if you want!
If you want to try these out, all you need to do is print them out on some white paper.
These are available in my shop to purchase.
