A while back I made some Acts of kindness coloring notes for kids. They have been so popular, that I decided to make another set of them. These ones we are calling Happiness notes. There are bright happy pictures with a short quote about being happy. These are made to be given away. We got some new Brilliant Bees Watercolor Brush Pens and used these to paint our notes.
First, a note about these watercolor pens. Have you ever tried them before? This was our first time and all of my kids got really excited to try them out. The tips are like a small paintbrush, but it fills like a marker or a pen. You can paint with your kids without any mess! They are perfect for young kids or adults alike.
The tips of the watercolor brush pens are made of fine nylon. They can be used for painting, calligraphy, drawing, or coloring. The colors are bright and vibrant and they are so easy to use. You can even easily blend colors with the watercolor pens. Included in the pack is an empty brush that you can add water to for doing shades of colors, too! We had so much fun using them and will probably buy many more packs of them in the future. You can find the Brilliant Bees Watercolor Brush Pens on Amazon.
I printed out our happiness coloring notes and the kids had a blast painting them and deciding who they would give them to. I love to encourage my kids to serve others and do random acts of kindness for people they care about.
I had to print multiple copies because all of my kids wanted to paint a lot of the pictures. There are 10 different pictures with short quotes about happiness. Each note is a half-page with 2 per page.
These are the perfect little notes to give to friends, family members, teachers and other special people in your life or your kids’ lives.
