How to Play the Safe Cracker Math Game
This is a two-player logic game. One player chooses a secret four-digit number and writes it down out of view. The second player uses the guessing grid to crack the code in ten tries or fewer.
After each guess, the code holder gives clues:
-
Star = correct digit in the correct place
-
Check mark = correct digit, but in the wrong place
-
X = digit is not in the code at all
Players keep guessing, using the clues to narrow it down. Once they crack the code (or run out of guesses), they switch roles and play again!
