Science is one of the most fun subjects to teach kids. There is so much excitement and wonder involved! I love the expression on my kids faces when we create an interesting science experiment. I am always looking for good science experiment books to give me new ideas. I wanted to share a few of our favorites with you guys!

Janice Van Cleave’s Chemistry (Physics, Engineering, Earth Science, etc & others) For Every Kid Janice VanCleave has a series of different experiment books by topic. They are some of our favorites!
Tops Learning System Books- They have a whole series of books on different topics. They have lots of fun and creative teaching ideas in them!
Gizmos & Gadgets by Jill Frankel Hauser- This book has some fun things to create. It’s like a craft and science book combined!
Science in Seconds for Kids by Jean Potter- This is full of some easy fast classics!
The Curious Kids Science Book by Asia Citro
Outdoor Science Lab by Liz Lee Heinecke- I love that these ones are all outdoor focused!
Dad’s Book of Awesome Science Experiments by Mike Adamick
These are books we own and love, but we also check tons out from the library. I love looking through their science section to see what great books they have there, too! The library books have been an amazing resource for many of the projects we do!
