Homemade Bath Bomb Instructions:

Mix all of the ingredients and press them into a mold. I used a silicone mold, but you could also use a muffin tin or an ice cube tray.  The silicone molds are perfect because they are easy to pop out. There are special bath bomb molds, too.

Let them dry for 24-48 hours and pop them out. Store them in a glass jar or other sealed container. To use, drop them into a warm bath & let them fizzle.

These bath bombs are so nice because the coconut oil is great for your skin!! Citrus is a great addition because it is a mood booster. The citric acid will create a slight fizzing reaction which feels great, too!

Different scents I love to use: peppermint, lavender, eucalyptus, rose.

Try these bath bombs out & enjoy a nice relaxing bath! My kids really love these, too. Also, they make a great gift.

  1. Hello,
How many bath bombs does this make roughly. I’m sure the size of the mold is a factor but if I were to use a small size mold would it make 12 or so?

Have you tried to roll into balls without the molds? Thinking of making this for Mothers’ Day.
    Thank you for this resource!
