Want a fun, educational bingo game kids will love?  This Jumbo Bingo Game can be a math game or a reading game or any other teaching topic you want to practice with your kids.

This bingo board was made with Duck® brand duct tape and gallon sized zip top bags. It is really easy to put together, durable and makes learning so much fun!

How to Make the Jumbo Bingo Game

To make this game, you will need a roll of Duck Tape and 25 gallon-sized zip top bags. Grab some fun colors or prints of Duck Tape to make this one more fun for kids!

Lay the gallon sized bags down in a 5 x 5 square. Make sure all of them are facing the same direction.  If there is writing on the bags, you will want that facing the back so it does not show through when you play the games.

Line the bags up and carefully tape down the rows attaching the bags together. Tape all five rows then flip them over and tape them together on the back side, too.

On the front only, tape across the rows. Do not tape across the rows on the back side. You want to leave the bags so they can be opened to insert papers into them. Make sure the ones you leave open have the writing on the back side!

CVC Word Reading Bingo Game

I printed out 25 CVC words that my son has been working on to insert into the pockets of the bingo game board. Since the gallon size bags do not fit a full 8 1/2 x 11 page, I printed the words 2 per page.

To play the Reading Bingo Game, call out words and have the kids read and find them, then cover them up with a marker of some sort. We used some of our shape tiles, but anything would work fine.

Math Bingo Game

You can make the bingo board into a math game, too!  For this version of the game, I printed out numbers from 1-25.  You can do a free space, too if you would like and take out one of the numbers or words.

For young kids this could just be a number recognition game, or you could call out addition and subtraction problems and kids cover up the answers.  You could also do the reverse and have math problems written out and kids have to call out the answers to be able to cover the square.
