Looking for a fun math game to practice addition?  Try this simple Spin-It Math game!

How to Play the Spin-It Math Game:

To play the Spin-It Math game, start by downloading the printable of the game.  You can download it at the bottom of the post.

Print two copies if you want to play it as a competition between two people, or just one for an individual to practice. Kids will like having their own spinners, but it makes it more interactive if they trade off using the same one.

Print the pages on cardstock if you’d like to make them more durable.

Color in the spinner or print it on colored paper to make it more colorful if desired.  You could also let your kids color them in to add more interest to the activity.

Attach the spinner arrow loosely into the center of the spinner with a metal brad so it can spin freely.

Spin two times and fill in the two numbers in the squares of the recording page.  Add the numbers together and write the answer.  Repeat 3 more times. The highest correct total at the end of the four rounds wins. (or best 3 out of 4).

You could laminate this game and do it with dry erase markers to make it re-usable as well!  This would be a great quick math practice activity for young kids.
