Egg cartons really have so many wonderful uses. A fun thing we have done with them is making an Egg Carton Flower Bouquet. We did this little craft project ages ago and for some reason I never posted about it. I thought it would be a great Spring craft to share now that the weather is warming up.

These are so fun and easy to make with your little ones. Using a cardboard egg carton, cut apart the sections. Cut the egg carton sections to look like flowers.  You can cut them in different shapes or designs to give the flowers variety.

Once they are all cut apart lay the flowers on paper towels or newspaper for your kids to paint. Give them lots of colors to choose from to make them bright and colorful!

My daughter loved painting each one in a different way. Do the inside a different color than the outside!

Once the paint dries, insert pipe cleaners for the stems. If you fold the top over it looks like a flower center and also holds it in place.  Share your egg carton flowers with a best friend- or they would make a fun Mother’s Day gift!

I totally remember making these when I was a little girl. I love your little creators… so sweet.

Thanks for the inspiration. Wishing you a lovely day.
