I am super-de-duper excited to announce a new book that I was able to be a part of! This one spotlights my love of cooking & healthy eating. The book, YUM! Deliciously Healthy Recipes for Kids was written by 17 Mom bloggers. We all shared some of our healthy family favorites. The book was designed and compiled by Dr. Orlena Kerek from the blog Snotty Noses.
What I love about this book is that these are tried and true recipes that work for busy moms like all of you. We shared the ones that WORKED in our families. There are some fabulous things in this book. The bloggers who wrote for this book are from all around the world, so there are so cool international recipes that I am excited to try out in our house. Because of that, we included recipes that include metric measurements as well as American ones ( because us Americans always have to do things differently!)
