Peanut Butter Balls Recipe

We love cooking in our house and my kids are all eager to learn to make many of our favorite recipes.  I love it when they know how to cook, but let’s face it, kids are definitely not the cleanest cooks in the kitchen. We are working on the cleaning up skills, and paper towels are my favorite tool.

How to Make Peanut Butter Balls:

Ingredients needed for this recipe:

BTS Sparkle Paper Towels
3 c. Oats
1 c. Peanut putter (we use creamy, but chunky works fine, too!
1/2 c. Ground flax seeds
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 Tbsp Cocoa powder
3/4 c. Honey
1 c. Chocolate Chips

Start by mixing the dry ingredients: oats, flax seed, and cocoa powder. Add in the peanut butter, honey and vanilla and mix well. It will be a very thick dough. Last add in the chocolate chips. Roll into balls about 1 1/2 inches to 2 inches in size.

That’s it!   They are tasty, and everyone loves them!

  1. HI my name is Crystal Davis I’m new to your site, but what I’ve seen is awesome. My son is in third grade and very hands on. He does better engaging in what he’s being taught then just learning out of the book. We’re using The Good And The Beautiful, curriculum and even though it’s amazing curriculum I need more hands on ideas please help me I’m so tired of hearing my son say he’s bored. thankyou, crystal davis
