My daughter loves doing handwriting. She has finished 2 first grade handwriting books this school year already. She is always asking me for more things to write. This really makes me laugh since my son is the complete opposite. He is in third grade and BEGS to not have to write anything.
Rather than buy my daughter yet another handwriting book, I decided to create a handwriting resource for her. I made some printable First Grade Sight Word Handwriting Pages for her and have them available for you as well. I plan on also creating these handwriting pages for some of the other grades as well, so stay tuned for them, too!
These First Grade Sight Word Handwriting pages include the words from the Dolch Sight word first grade list. For each word, I have created a handwriting page with the word to trace and copy, as well as a sentence to trace and copy. At the end of the packet there are a few pages with blank lines for extra writing practice. There are 44 pages of writing practice.
